With more than 45 years of industry experience, Derek is one of the most respected pumpjack specialists in the field. Growing up with a father deeply rooted in the pumping unit industry, Derek developed an understanding of pumpjacks from an early age—transforming decades of hands-on experience into an unmatched level of technical expertise.
Today, Derek leads our operations with an unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with dealers, manufacturers, and industry partners, he plays a critical role in advancing pumping unit performance through refined assembly processes, component optimization, manufacturing improvements, and innovative engineering solutions. His technical insight continues to drive efficiencies that benefit our customers across every stage of the equipment lifecycle.
Derek’s knowledge extends far beyond operations. CHRIS BENTLEY – Parts, sales, service specialist
With 15+ years of experience in the pumpjack industry, Chris Bentley brings extensive hands-on knowledge and technical expertise to the Pumpjack Supply team.
Chris works directly with customers to diagnose equipment issues, determine the right parts and solutions, and properly size pumpjacks for their specific application. His experience with pumpjack setups and tear-downs gives him a strong understanding of the equipment from the ground up, allowing him to help customers find practical solutions rather than simply supplying a part.
In the shop, Chris handles pumpjack service, repairs and rebuilds, including gearbox rebuilds and repairs across a wide range of pumpjack makes and models. Whether a customer needs help identifying a component, troubleshooting an issue, sizing a unit or determining whether equipment can be repaired or rebuilt, Chris is a knowledgeable point of contact from start to finish.
